EdifyFlow exists on a simple belief: schools should spend less time on administration and more time on education. So we replaced the tangle of Excel, WhatsApp and paper with one integrated system — admin, finance, academics, e-learning and a branded public website — keyed to your school’s brand and your own bank account.
Who we are
EdifyFlow is a product of B-ne Innovations Limited, a software company based in Kitwe, Zambia. We build tools for Zambian organisations, and EdifyFlow is our school-management platform.
We built EdifyFlow the way we did because school software made elsewhere rarely fits how Zambian schools actually run — the term structure, local grading scales, ZMW fees, and the need for money to land in the school’s own account. Rather than bend schools to fit foreign software, we built around the way schools here already work.
What we believe
Your money stays yours
School fees are paid online straight into your school's own Lenco account. EdifyFlow never holds your money — you keep full control of payouts, and every payment reconciles against the pupil's invoice automatically.
Built for the Zambian school
Term-based enrolment auto-creates subjects, you define your own grading scales, class positions are computed for you, and everything — invoicing, pricing, receipts — is in ZMW. It fits how your school already works.
Schools stay in control
Turn modules on or off per school, set your own roles and permissions, and brand the platform with your name, logo and colours. You run the system; it doesn't run you.
